Book 3 · Chapter 3: Your AI Workshop

This page splits a big build into smaller projects, with a project-instructions starter pack.

This page assumes you've read the chapter. It hands you the tools, not the lessons.

Project Splitter

Two builds, one question: same project or separate? Name them, answer three questions about how much they share, and get the chapter's call.

Do they share the same data?
Do they share tone, voice, or context rules?
Would one build's context confuse the other?
Client pipeline dashboard and Deal tracking spreadsheet

Same project

They share context, so keep them in one project. Shared data, shared formatting rules, and shared memory, with no re-explaining each time.
