Book 1 · Chapter 10: What's Next
This page points you to reliable sources for staying current and bridges into Book 2.
This page assumes you've read the chapter. It hands you the tools, not the lessons.
The chapter's 15-minute weekly check, as a short source list. Once a week is plenty.
- The tools themselves
Open the tool and look for the what's-new banner. Sixty seconds, and it catches the changes that affect your daily use.
- One curated newsletter
One, not five. The No Fluff AI weekly newsletter is the one this site keeps: what changed in AI since the books went to print, in plain language. Sign up in the footer below or on the updates page.
- Your AI tool itself
Ask it, then spot-check the important claims:
What are the most important AI developments from this past week that would matter to a professional who uses AI tools daily?
- Model benchmarks and technical comparisons. They rarely change your day-to-day, unless a new model brings a real new capability.
- Startup funding and acquisitions. Interesting for VCs; it means nothing for whether your templates still work.
- Doomer-versus-utopian debates. Important at a societal level, but they don't help you use AI better today.
- Prompt-hack videos. You have CRAFT and the techniques from the book. You need practice, not a magic prompt.
Or let this site do the 15-minute check for you, weekly.
See what changed in the books- 1You've hit the ceiling of individual tasks, and you're starting to think in workflows instead of one-off prompts.
- 2You want AI to work with your actual tools (email, documents, spreadsheets) instead of you copying and pasting between them.
- 3You catch yourself thinking “AI should just do this automatically” across your tools, not in a single chat window.
